Can't Fight This Feeling van REO Speedwagon wordt gezongen in de eerste aflevering van het eerste seizoen van Glee, Pilot. Het wordt gezongen door Finn Hudson terwijl hij aan het douchen is in de Football kleedkamer. Will hoort Finn zingen en ziet in hem de mannelijke leider voor de Glee club. Aangezien Finn bij de populaire kinderen van de school hoort en daardoor nooit aan Glee club zou willen meedoen, chanteert Will hem door marijuana in zijn kluisje te leggen. Hierna krijgt Finn van Will de keuze om óf opgepakt te worden door bezit van drugs óf mee te doen aan Glee club.
